About us

The Municipal Management Systems Center started its journey in late 2012. Since then, CMSC has been constantly evolving to improve the "Unified Account" and related services.

Our company is tasked with performing the functions of a single settlement center, which consolidates billing, payment acceptance, and processing for housing and utility services for the residents of the city of Vinnytsia, covering all utility service providers (a total of 589, including 18 management companies, 556 HOAs, heat supply organizations, as well as water supply, gas supply, electricity supply, heat supply organizations, and others).
