The investment in the second stage of the Tiligul Wind Power Plant (WPP) by DTEK will amount to €450 million. It will be financed through the company's own funds as well as international banks under state guarantees, according to a press release from the company.

The total installed capacity of the Tiligul WPP will reach 500 MW, and the total investment in the project will exceed €650 million.
