Submit a Report on Completed Repairs under the eVіdnovlenia Program Now Through CNAP, Notary, or Diia Portal

Submit a Report on Completed Repairs under the eVідновлення Program Now Through CNAP, Notary, or Diia Portal The state compensation program for damaged and destroyed housing has expanded its functionality. Now, people who have received payments for current or major repairs can submit a report on completed repairs via CNAP, a notary, or the Diia portal. Previously, this could only be done through the Diia app.

✅ What reports need to be submitted?

  • Category A — payments for current repairs up to 200,000 UAH — people who received such compensation submit only a final report on the completed work.
  • Category B — payments for major repairs — apartments up to 350,000 UAH, private houses up to 500,000 UAH. Recipients of this type of state compensation submit an interim report and a final report.

Funds for Category B repairs are disbursed in two installments (70% and 30%). To receive the second installment, people must report that they have already used the funds received earlier.

❓ How can the report be submitted?

  • Through the Diia app in the eVідновлення section — Claims for Payment — Report Repair.
  • On the Diia portal, in the "Compensation for Damaged Property" section — select the real estate object with a claim in the "Funds credited" status — choose the claim type "Report Repair."
  • At CNAP or with a notary. You must bring your passport, tax ID number, and photographs of the completed repair work or purchased building materials (photographs are mandatory for any report submission method).

If submitting an interim report for Category B, the local council commission will visit the property again to check the work status. After the report is approved, you can apply for the second installment.

❓ What to do after the property has been restored?

  • You must submit a final report on the completed repairs within 15 working days. This can be done through the app, Diia portal, CNAP, or with a notary.
  • Local council commissions randomly check some of the submitted reports and all objects for which payments have been made under the eVідновлення program but for which no final report has been submitted.
  • Ukrainians whose housing has been damaged by hostilities have already submitted 74,000 applications for state assistance for reconstruction under the eVідновлення program. 42,500 people have received payments, of which 4,400 received funds for Category B repairs, where the maximum restoration amount is 350,000 UAH for apartments and 500,000 UAH for private houses.
  • Payments for damaged property less than 200,000 UAH (Category A) must be spent within 12 months. For amounts over 200,000 UAH (Category B), the spending period is 18 months. After the deadline, the remaining balance will return to the state budget.

If the property is completely destroyed, a person can apply for a housing certificate to purchase new housing or receive funds for rebuilding a private house on their own land.

The eVіdnovlenia service was developed by the Ministry of Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, with the support of the USAID/UK aid TAPAS Project/Transparency and Accountability in Public Administration and Services.
